Pennsylvania Federal Judge Drops Some Claims Against Home Insulation Companies

PHILADELPHIA - A Pennsylvania federal judge on July 8 dismissed without prejudice part of a class action involving allegedly defective and toxic home insulation products, citing a failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted (Daniel Slemmer, et al. v. McGlaughlin Spray Foam Insulation Inc., et al., No. 12-6542, E.D. Pa.).
