Judge Finds Prisoner Can Proceed With Unsanitary Condition Claims

HAMMOND, Ind. - An Indiana federal judge on July 12 ruled that a prisoner who alleges that he was exposed to unsanitary conditions and refused proper medical care may proceed with his constitutional claims against various officials (George E. Bray v. David Lain, et al., No. 2:13-CV-129, N.D. Ind.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 97269).
