Pesticide Distributor Granted No-Evidence Judgment In Michigan Crop Damage Case

FLINT, Mich. - A crop damage lawsuit removed to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan on the basis of diversity jurisdiction by a pesticide distributor defendant was dismissed July 29 pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56(a) for lack of evidence (Dusseau Farms v. Wilbur-Ellis Co., No. 12-12581, E.D. Mich.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 15546).
