Indiana High Court: Couple's Medical Malpractice Claims Were Timely Filed

INDIANAPOLIS - The Indiana Supreme Court on July 30 revived a couple's medical malpractice claims, concluding that a trial court erred in determining that the statute of limitations lapsed because the plaintiffs failed to include $7 in filing fees with their complaint (Ann L. Miller, et al. v. Glenn L. Dobbs D.O., et al., No. 15S05-1302-CT-91, Ind. Sup.; 2013 Ind. LEXIS 572).
