California Judge's Denial Of Injunction In Patent Case Vacated

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Federal Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled Aug. 9 that a California federal judge improperly balanced the factors for injunctive relief in a patent dispute over fetal genetic abnormality tests (Ariosa Diagnostics Inc. v. Sequenom Inc., et al., No. 12-1531, Fed. Cir.).
