Missouri Appeals Panel Overturns Decision For Harley-Davidson In Injury Case

ST. LOUIS - The Eastern District Missouri Court of Appeals on Aug. 13 overturned summary judgment for the defendants in a personal injury action involving a motorcycle accident on an allegedly slippery training course, ruling that there was evidence that could show that the defendants were grossly negligent or reckless (Cynthia DeCormier v. Harley-Davidson Motor Company Group Inc., et al., No. ED99064, Mo. App., Eastern Dist., Div. 4; 2013 Mo. App. LEXIS 919).
