10th Circuit: No Jurisdiction Over Case Where No Motion To Compel Was Filed

DENVER - An Internet company had no grounds to appeal a summary judgment ruling regarding an arbitration agreement where it indicated that a formal motion to compel arbitration was forthcoming but had not yet been filed, the 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled Aug. 14 (Richard Grosvenor v. Qwest Corporation, et al., No. 12-1095, 10th Cir.; 2013 U.S. App. LEXIS 16873).
