5th Circuit: Voluntary Dismissal Of Copyright Case Was Final Proceeding

NEW ORLEANS - A voluntary dismissal without prejudice of copyright infringement claims constituted a "final proceeding" under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 60(b), a divided Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled Aug. 14 (Yesh Music v. Lakewood Church et al., No. 12-20520, 5th Cir.).
