Kentucky Appeals Panel: Condition At Lowe's Store Was Open And Obvious

FRANKFORT, Ky. - The Kentucky Court of Appeals on Aug. 16 affirmed summary judgment for the defendants in a premises liability action, agreeing that a ladder left in the aisle of a retail store was an open and obvious condition (Neitha Coleman v. Lowe's Home Improvement, et al., No. 2012-CA-001076-MR, Ky. App.; 2013 Ky. App. Unpub. LEXIS 673).
