BATON ROUGE, La. - An insurance agent was improperly joined to a bad faith lawsuit filed by insureds against their homeowners insurer, a Louisiana federal judge ruled Aug. 27, remanding the case to a state court (Brian L. Langford, et al. v. Allstate Indemnity Co., et al., No. 12-792, M.D. La.).
