Judge: Insureds Cannot Show Damages Caused By Insurance Broker's Alleged Negligence

ROANOKE, Va. - Insureds cannot establish that an insurance broker actually or proximately caused them any damages because of the broker's alleged negligence, a Virginia federal judge ruled Aug. 30 (Dennis White, et al. v. BB&T Insurance Services Inc., et al., No. 10-00467, W.D. Va.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 124949).
