NEW ORLEANS - An insurer is entitled to pursue a post-settlement determination of fault in order to establish whether it is entitled to reimbursement from a seafood harvester for underlying food contamination claims filed against its insured, a seafood distributor, a Louisiana federal judge said Sept. 3 (Employers Insurance Company of Wausau v. Jennie V's Seafood LLC et al., No. 12-2961, E.D. La.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 126134).
