NEW YORK - A shareholder in a derivative lawsuit against a company's directors and officers said Sept. 3 that the company's board of directors' investigation into the shareholder's presuit demand was biased and insufficient (Ernesto Espinoza, Derivatively on Behalf of JPMorgan Chase & Co. v.
