SAN FRANCISCO - A California federal judge on Sept. 6 denied a logistic company's motion to dismiss a dispute over coal shipments but granted its alternative request to stay the case in favor of arbitration in Singapore (Zhenhua Logistics $(Hong Kong$) Co. Ltd. v. Metamining Inc., et al., No. 13-2658, N.D. Calif.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 127573).
