5th Circuit: Former Postal Worker Failed To Prove Bias, Retaliation

NEW ORLEANS - A former postal employee was unable to show that she was the victim of workplace discrimination and retaliation, the Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled Sept. 10, affirming the trial court's ruling (Carolyn S. Sapp v. Patrick R. Donohoe, No. 12-41121, 5th Cir.; 2013 U.S. App. LEXIS 18845).
