10th Circuit Upholds Denial Of Job Applicant's Bias Claims And Notices Of Appeal

DENVER - A job applicant failed to show that he was a victim of age or racial discrimination when he was twice denied engineering positions with Garmin International Inc., the 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled Sept. 12 in an order also upholding a district court's right to refuse to file that applicant's notices of appeal (Alex Huaqiang Leo v. Garmin International, Inc., No. 13-3114, 10th Cir.; 2013 U.S. App. LEXIS 18903).
