9th Circuit Suggests Dismissal Of Appeal In California Asbestos Case

LOS ANGELES - A court order did not dispose of all claims and parties and, thus, is not appealable, the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled Sept. 10 in giving a couple bringing asbestos claims 21 days to move for dismissal or show cause why the case should not be dismissed (John H. Boyd Jr. and Mary E. Boyd v. Cleaver-Brooks Inc., et al. and Warren Pumps LLC, No. 13-56396, 9th Cir.).
