Judge: Rain Damage To Roof Is An 'Occurrence' Under Insured's Policy

BOSTON - Rain damage to a roof on a university's science center constitutes an "occurrence" covered under an insured's comprehensive insurance policy, a Massachusetts federal judge ruled Sept. 19 (General Casualty Company of Wisconsin v.
