NEW YORK - A group of airline customers who sued bankrupt AMR Corp., the parent company of American Airlines Inc., alleging that the proposed merger of American Airlines and US Airways Group Inc. violates federal antitrust laws, on Sept. 27 filed a brief arguing that language in AMR's Chapter 11 reorganization plan should be changed in light of a potential settlement of the antitrust lawsuit filed by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) (In Re: AMR Corporation, No. 11-15463, Chapter 11, S.D. N.Y. Bkcy.).
