Judge Dismisses Mold-Related Claims Asserted By Military Housing Tenants

NORFOLK, Va. - A Virginia federal judge on Sept. 25 partially granted motions to dismiss numerous claims asserted by residents of military housing who alleged that they suffered personal injuries caused by mold but allowed claims for negligence per se and personal injury damages to proceed (Shelley Federico, et al. v. Lincoln Military Housing, et al., No. 2:12cv80, E.D. Va.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 138613).
