11th Circuit: Trustee 'Bound' By Decision Confirming Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Plan

ATLANTA - A panel of the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Sept. 26 affirmed a bankruptcy court's ruling that a Chapter 13 trustee could not file an adversary proceeding objection to a creditor's claim after recommending approval of the bankruptcy plan which included that claim in the first place (Camille Hope v. Acorn Financial Inc., No. 12-10709, Chapter 13, 11th Cir.; 2013 U.S. App. LEXIS 19661).
