9th Circuit Denies Challenge Of Meal Break Subclass

PASADENA, Calif. - The Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Sept. 27 upheld a trial court's decision to certify a meal break subclass in a class complaint against U.S. Security Associates Inc. (USSA) (Muhammed Abdullah, et al. v. U.S. Security Associates, Inc., No. 11-55653, 9th Cir.; 2013 U.S. App. LEXIS 19793).
