NEW YORK - Bankrupt AMR Corp. on Sept. 27 filed a brief in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York objecting to a brief filed by a group of airline customers who contend that the language in AMR's Chapter 11 reorganization plan should be changed in light of a potential settlement of the antitrust lawsuit filed by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). AMR maintains that the order confirming the plan "accurately reflects" agreements already made by the parties in this dispute (In Re: AMR Corporation, No. 11-15463, Chapter 11, S.D. N.Y. Bkcy.).
