Federal Judge Denies Default Judgment In Coverage Dispute Over Structural Damage

OKLAHOMA CITY - An Oklahoma federal judge on Sept. 26 denied an insurer's motion for a default judgment in a declaratory judgment action regarding coverage for an insured contractor's alleged part in structural damage to a dental facility (Essex Insurance Co. v. Sheppard & Sons Construction Inc., et al., No. 12-1022, W.D. Okla.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 138285).
