Judge Denies Dismissal Of Reinsurance Arbitration Counsel Disqualification Case

SYRACUSE, N.Y. - A federal judge in New York on Sept. 26 denied two reinsurers' motion to dismiss an arbitration counsel disqualification dispute, noting that a similar suit in another federal court is not duplicative of the instant action (Utica Mutual Insurance Company v. Employers Insurance Company of Wausau, et al., No. 12-cv-01293, N.D. N.Y.).
