Magistrate Judge Finds Plaintiff Attorney Acted In Bad Faith Toward Sanctions

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A magistrate judge in the Aredia/Zometa multidistrict litigation on Oct. 1 found that a plaintiff attorney acted in bad faith in responding to a prior sanctions order but denied a motion by the defendant to hold him in contempt of court (In Re: Aredia and Zometa Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1760, No. 3:06-md-1760, M.D. Tenn., Nashville Div.).
