JACKSON, Miss. - A federal judge in Mississippi on Sept. 30 denied a motion to dismiss a qui tam action filed by three former employees of SouthernCare Inc., a hospice provider in Mississippi, saying the claims of fraud met the False Claims Act (FCA) requirement that whistle-blowers are the original source of the fraud allegations (United States of America, ex rel.
