SEATTLE - Addressing what he called "a panoply of issues concerning various limitations or exclusions" in the commercial general liability policies issued to two contractors, a Washington federal judge on Sept. 30 mostly denied the parties' cross-motions for summary judgment in a coverage dispute pertaining to defectively constructed siding for an apartment building (Capitol Specialty Insurance Corp. v. Yuan Zhang, No. 2:11-cv-00041, W.D. Wash.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 141151).
