Judge Refuses To Let Inmate Proceed In Forma Pauperis With Mold Claims

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - A Michigan federal judge on Oct. 4 found that an inmate was barred from proceeding in forma pauperis with his claims that he was exposed to toxic mold, finding that he failed to show that he was in imminent danger of serious physical injury (Jessie Jones v. Robert Napel, et al., No. 2:13-cv-282, W.D. Mich.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 143535).
