HOUSTON - The First District Texas Court of Appeals on Oct. 10 affirmed a take-nothing judgment in a breach of warranty case involving allegedly defective building materials, concluding that the plaintiff failed to show that the defendant's product had a manufacturing defect (Building Products Plus Co. v. TAMKO Building Products Inc., No. 01-12-00073-CV, Texas App., 1st Dist.; 2013 Tex. App. LEXIS 12590).
