Judge Again Rules No Coverage For Patent Infringement Claims Against Dish Network

DENVER - On remand from the 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, a Colorado federal judge on Oct. 22 ruled that business exclusions negate five commercial general liability insurers' duties to defend or indemnify Dish Network Corp. and Dish Network LLC against underlying advertising injuries (Dish Network Corporation, et al. v. Arch Specialty Insurance Co., et al., No. 09-cv-00447-JLK, D. Colo.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 151520).
