MILWAUKEE - The Wisconsin Court of Appeals on Nov. 5 affirmed summary judgment for a janitorial service accused of leaving a dangerous, slippery floor that caused an FBI employee's injuries, concluding that a lack of signs warning of a wet floor did not cause the plaintiff's injuries (David Campbell v. Regency Janitorial Service Inc., No. 2013AP45, Wisc. App., Dist. 3; 2013 Wisc. App. LEXIS 928).
