NEW ORLEANS - A Louisiana appeals panel on Nov. 5 held that even though out-of-state defendants in a trademark dispute operated a website that was accessible in Louisiana, without evidence of additional contacts with the state, this was insufficient to confer jurisdiction (BioClin BV, et al. v. Multigyn USA LLC, et al., No. 2012-CA-0962, La. App., 4th Cir.; 2013 La. App. LEXIS 2306).
