WILMINGTON, Del. - Bankrupt shipping company Overseas Shipholding Group Inc. (OSG) on Nov. 12 filed a brief in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware objecting to a motion for relief from the automatic stay filed by creditor Karim Munawr, contending that granting relief would prejudice OSG and its creditors (In Re: Overseas Shipholding Group Inc., No. 12-20000, Chapter 11, D. Del. Bkcy.).
