JACKSON, Miss. - Finding that genuine issues of fact exist regarding the beneficiaries for a dread-disease insurance policy, a Mississippi Court of Appeals panel on Nov. 12 reversed a trial court's summary judgment disposing of all claims against the insurer by a couple asserting rights under the policy (Michael Strait, et al. v. Jackie McPhail, et al., No. 2012-CA-00075-COA, Miss. App.; 2013 Miss. App. LEXIS 768).
