TRENTON, N.J. - The rescission of an insurance policy does not render moot an insured's claims for indemnification and professional negligence against insurance agents regarding denied coverage for hurricane damage, a New Jersey appeals panel held Nov. 20 (Those Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's, London subscribing to policy number BUY1780 v.
