NEW YORK - The liquidating trustee in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of former law firm Dewey & LeBoeuf on Dec. 2 filed an adversary complaint in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, seeking recovering of $2,856,880 he contends constitutes fraudulent transfers (Alan M.
