Insurer Sues Reinsurer For Failing To Honor Reinsurance Billings

NEW HAVEN, Conn. - An insurer that had reinsured another insurer told a federal court in Connecticut on Dec. 11 that its reinsurer had failed to honor more than $100,000 in reinsurance billings (Travelers Indemnity Company v. Excalibur Reinsurance Corporation, No., 13-cv-01837, D. Conn.).
