MINNEAPOLIS - There is no insurance coverage for alleged property damage to originally designed building arches, a Minnesota appeals panel held Dec. 16; however, it found genuine issues of fact regarding claims on the implementation of a new design in four arches and water infiltration (Westfield Insurance Co. v.
