SEATTLE - While publication of the first study involving household exposure risks posed by asbestos sets an absolute date for duty in negligence cases, plaintiffs' strict liability claims involve a different foreseeability analysis, a Washington federal judge held Dec. 30 (Roy J. LeFevre and Rosalind T. LeFevre, et al. v. CBS Corp., et al., No. 13-5058, W.D. Wash.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 181399).
