Judge Bars Accrediting Agency From Downgrading City College Of San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO - A California judge on Jan. 2 granted a preliminary injunction in a California unfair competition law (UCL) case in which the State of California accuses a college rating agency of making a "politically motivated decision" to revoke accreditation from the City College of San Francisco in retaliation for its public policy stances (People of the State of California, ex.
