MUSKOGEE, Okla. - Defense motions to dismiss a first amended class action complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for Eastern District of Oklahoma alleging air, soil and water contamination from the disposal of oil and natural gas well completion waste and coal combustion waste were dismissed in part Jan. 8 with leave to amend certain of the causes of action (Bill Reece, et al. v. AES Corp., et al., No. 12-457, E.D. Okla.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 2236).
