OSG Seeks OK Of Deal Allowing $43M In Claims Related To Broken Charter Agreements

WILMINGTON, Del. - Bankrupt Overseas Shipholding Group Inc. (OSG) on Jan. 9 moved in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware for approval of a stipulation with Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. (DBSI) under which its claims against the bankruptcy estate, originally valued at $54,095,561 would be allowed in the reduced amount of $43 million (In Re: Overseas Shipholding Group Inc., No. 12-20000, Chapter 11, D. Del. Bkcy.).
