Judge: Fact Issues Exist On Breach Of Contract Claim Against Insurance Agency

MUSKOGEE, Okla. - Genuine issues of fact exist regarding whether an insurance agency was negligent and breached a contract by not allegedly paying a premium for an automobile policy, an Oklahoma federal judge ruled Jan. 13 (Equity Insurance Co. v. Amber Tennille Taylor, et al., No. 12-088, E.D. Okla.; 2014 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 3535).
