'All Risk' Insurance Policy Is Not Ambiguous On Coverage For Water Damage, Judge Says

SEATTLE - A Washington federal judge on Jan. 15 declined to read an "all risk" homeowners insurance policy to be ambiguous with regard to water damage caused by both seepage and wear and tear for purposes of coverage for an insured's loss (Wanda Bunch v. Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co., et al., No. 12-1238, W.D. Wash.; 2014 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 5320).
