Ohio Appeals Panel Finds Issue Of Fact Exists In Auto Coverage Dispute

MIDDLETOWN, Ohio - The 12th District Ohio Court of Appeals on Jan. 21 determined that a genuine issue of material fact exists as to whether an insured knew her daughter's driver's license was suspended on the day her daughter was involved in an accident in the insured's vehicle (Cincinnati Insurance Co., et al. v. Ohio Mutual Insurance Co., et al., No. 2013-06-101, Ohio App., 12th Dist., Butler Co.; 2014 Ohio App. LEXIS 156).
