Former Football Players: Concussion Injury Claims Should Remain In Missouri

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Former members of the Kansas City Chiefs football team who claim that they are suffering from brain injuries as a result of sustaining concussions during their playing careers filed a motion in federal court on Jan. 21 seeking to keep their claims out of the National Football League concussion injury multidistrict litigation in Pennsylvania (Albert Lewis, et al. v. Kansas City Chiefs Football Club Inc., No. 14-0004, W.D. Mo.).
