OKLAHOMA CITY - An apparent delay to pay an assessed tornado damage claim or to authorize repairs and further inspection could lead a jury to find that an insurer acted in bad faith, an Oklahoma federal judge ruled Jan. 17, denying the insurer's summary judgment motion (Darryl Moore, et al. v. Allstate Insurance Co., No. 5:12-cv-00652, W.D. Okla.; 2014 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 6204).
