HELENA, Mont. - The Roman Catholic bishop of Helena, Mont., on Feb. 2 issued a statement that the Diocese of Helena had filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy as part of a settlement agreement that will provide $15 million as compensation for the victims of clergy sexual abuse.
