WASHINGTON, D.C. - The chairman of an administrative council for the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) on Feb. 7 released a decision denying a request by the Argentine Republic to disqualify two arbitrators, finding that their decisions in a procedural order did not show a manifest lack of impartiality (Abaclat and others v.
